Insane New York Bail Law!

This new law is beyond insanity! Police Departments are being forced to release hundreds of violent criminals and judges are required to release offenders with no bail. These offenses include manslaughter, burglary, robbery, assault of a child, fraud, forgery, killing of a police dog, manufacture of illegal narcotics, bribery of a witness or juror, obstruction...the list goes on for 4 pages! Go to the link and scroll for the entire list. Victims are understandably terrified of retaliation.

This is what a liberal government does to the security and well-being of its honest, law-abiding citizens.

"New York?s New Bail Laws prepared by Senior Executive Assistant District Attorney James C. Quinn11/19/19. Under the new bail laws, effective January 1, 2020, Judges in New York State cannot set bail on anyof the following crimes (and most attempts to commit these crimes), and must release the defendant on non-monetary conditions, regardless of criminal record, ties to the community or previous bench warrants on other cases."

Scroll down to see all 4 pages. They will sicken you. :x

Well, I see the problem right there. The lawyer part is the problem. Lawyers are under no requirement to serve justice.

It cost money to put people in jail, but you can make money by issuing a $200 parking ticket or a $500 red light violation.

since they can now sue Remington for their guns hurting people, anyone hurt by one of the released offenders should sue the DA office and any legislatures involved for damages.....

I scanned the list, my personal favorite:

You can?t request bail money for someone guilty of skipping bail.

What a knee slapper. You really think we have any say in what they do? If voting mattered they wouldn't let us do it. Look at Kalifornia where we voted
against illegal immigration, for the death penalty & against queer marriage.

Exactly how it should be with citizens getting involved. I certainly do not have any fondness for attorneys but I blame the average citizen who doesn?t participate to get this changed.

I have come to despise the average resident in my town. Having been on many town boards, all uncompensated too many times we never had a single resident at our hearings.

The only time we saw a resident was if it affected their house.

Of course I blame many boards also. Before I was on a Board I would go to hearings and ask questions. Most board members were on a power trip and did not like being questioned.

The government is going to house criminals with the prison planet policies. Using the latest technology to monitored and report all activities of
tagged sentenced prisoners via 5G infrastructure. Just watch! Here in Houston Texas drunk Hispanic mothers with children on board get no jail time at all! You know The D.A.runs for office and does not want to disturb the new demographics community here!

Only violent criminals get lock up here anymore after all the district republican judges lost to the one vote with the straight ticket!

Any and everybody in New York City. New York City runs this State, even though the majority of the State is small town rural.

Truer words were never spoken. Criminals very seldom have money and if they do it's no problem for them to get off. The average guy just pays because he can't afford the time or expense to fight fines. :x

That reminds me. I was watching something about Rem, 700 going off when putting the safety on youtube. Rem. knew about this for like 50 years but they didn't wanna do a .10 cent fix. So Karma?
