    I sold one a few weeks back for over $1700.00 I think it was. I have no use for anything that uses moon clips. Too much trouble for me.

    But : Sorry : These Do Not use moon clips ! they have a spl. extractor !!!

    One of the things that made them unique & different ?

    I had ( & sold ) several of these : Kept one ? has never even been loaded ???

    You are right. I forgot. I had to De Moon some .45 acp ammo yesterday and even with the fancy tool it was a pain.

    Yes : true : I gat a 1917 (?) smith 45 auto revolver : a rreal pain with them dang 'moon clips ' !!!
