College Football Today

Some of the big games games today are:

Ohio State at Michigan
Wisconsin at Minnesota
Texas A and M at LSU
Alabama at Auburn
Oklahoma at Oklahoma State

The question is are there any good matchups among them. According to the odds makers, the Wisconsin and Minnesota game favors Wisconsin by 2 1/2, followed by Bama by 3 1/2, with the remainder by 8 or more points.

Which team(s) do you like today?

NC State is playing UNC today also.

I am a State Fan but the heels have a better team. Its raining and cold here in NC great football weather. Starts at 1900.

Lots of big games today where rivalries, most in state, are concerned. I like NC in this on too!

Ohio State at Michigan- Not interested
    Wisconsin at Minnesota- Not interested
Texas A and M at LSU- LSU
    Alabama at Auburn- Alabama
Oklahoma at Oklahoma State- toss up for me.

Doesn't UGA play Ga Tech today? That will be a good game. I have a cousin who works for the head UGA coach.

They do, Sam, but if Georgia Tech plays Georgia close, they might very likely fall out of the top 4.

Buckeyes starting to pull away. That pretty much figures with the non-calls and breaks of the game. At the four minute mark of the first Q, or thereabouts, back to back non-calls in atrocious interference went a long way toward striking the life out of the Wolverines. The ref business nowadays reminds me of a racket.

Since my Texas Tech Red Raiders let the Longhorns improve their record   I'll be watching the Oklahoma family feud to see who manages to lose it.

Either way I'll be happy

I figured that they would have played a lot better than they did. They should be very good next year!

I'm looking forward to the Bedlam game myself.

Georgia came out on top, Oklahoma took care of business. Utah won.

Whatever will the playoffs be without Alabama in them?

Hopefully the talking heads will quit talking about how Bama will still be able to get in.

Indeed I am Top, indeed I am.

UM v OSU turned into a bit of a dud.
I may have violated some 'terms/conditions for graduation' by actually rooting for UM.
Must say that that game was the first I've ever seen where two penalties were stacked on at the same time. It's good to learn something new, eh?

Happy to hear that you are alright, Brother!

Sorry...I got my games mixed up! It was a dud for sure. I hate to see great rivalries run in such long one sided cycles, but it happens to all of them. We were hoping for a really good game.
