If so, please explain.
Some will die in hot pursuit
And fiery auto crashes
Some will die in hot pursuit
While sifting through my ashes
Some will fall in love with life
And drink it from a fountain
That is pouring like an avalanche
Coming down the mountain
And fiery auto crashes
Some will die in hot pursuit
While sifting through my ashes
Some will fall in love with life
And drink it from a fountain
That is pouring like an avalanche
Coming down the mountain

Equality of opportunity, and equality of treatment by government.
I strongly disagree with the current notion that the normal population is charged with acceptance of that which they believe to be deviant and destructive to society. I believe we are charged with tolerating deviance that does effect those not directly involved. We are not charged with the tolerance of accepting deviance that we believe to be destructive to our society.
There are still civil rights issues in this country. Most are events or actions perpetrated by individuals upon other individuals. There remain some laws on the books that criminalize non-destructive behavior that many believe to be deviant, and while I disagree with these laws, I am an activist only on a narrow selection of those which have the potential to effect me personally. I will vote against them if given the opportunity, but will not necessarily go out of my way to advocate for their elimination.
Thus, I consider myself a supporter of equal civil rights and civil liberties for all, I do not consider myself an activist for the simple reason that any activism on my part is fairly self-centered.
