Thanks for the update, I had not heard about this yet. But as a former dealer, if someone marks "non-binary" on a 4473 I would not sell to them as they have proven they are mentally ill, and therefore not able to purchase a firearm.

I agree as well. 

Any man that looks at his * and declares he is a woman, is mentally ill!

The same with a woman.

Instead of a box on any form for "SEX" it should say "GAB".  Gender At Birth!
