Bid question

When bidding in the past my bid notice always showed up in my email.  As did notices when I was out bid.  Bid for the first time since I had a problem getting logged in and no bid notice whatsoever?!  I'm I doing something wrong?

It seems to be an ongoing problem. We've had a couple of threads about it dating back to last December.

By the way, if you click on the link and look at Old Colt's post you will see red font. Despite what we've been told, there must be some way to use color in this forum. Exactly how to access that function remains a closely guarded secret.

One would think this would be a priority to remedy?  Loss of $$$ in may humble estimation.

I bid on a rifle today and I did receive an e-mail notifying me of my bid.

It automatically goes into the buying tab on your dashboard once you place a bid.

My bid and outbid notices show up in my e-mail same as before the changes. Didn't know there was a problem until now.

Some email providers have been blocking emails. Read here:  https://support.gunbroker.com/hc/en-us/articles/360025966313-Email-Issues.   Please let support@gunbroker.com know your provider if you are not getting the transactional emails.

Some posts before the change retained the color.  I wish we could have color in the posts, but the forums platform restricts it for usability purposes.
