This happens all the time in China.  I see articles of bridges and building collapsing every week. 

The reason, they are made in China..............

and we worry about their Armed forces

It happens.  It happens a lot in China but hey, it was cheap to build and the dead are already buried in the rubble so no biggie.

Odds are there were 10 times the number of people in that building than it was designed to house.

The Chinese government is taking drastic measures to control this virus, and sadly the loss of life is just another input to the calculation.
