Thanks for the replies about the tpi count in my last thread. I recently bought an older band saw that needed some work for a decent price, and after some work, it's as good as new. My biggest help was the video below. The guy is amazing on his set up help, and why things are the way they are on a band saw. It's a fairly long video for what it is, but to me, it seemed like it was only 10 minutes... Hope some of you find some enjoyment/info out of it..

     thanks  I bookmarked the video  for later on 
    I bought a band saw  older craftsman   typical hobby shade tree carpenter size ..at a auction a couple years ago and have not got around to get it up and going ( looks like a clean up and plug it in all I really needs maybe blade or three , along with some other tools  including a table saw   that went cheep .
