The top is an AMT Automag IV 45 WinMag I've had for a while.
It was apert for cleaning so I just put the slide on for the pic

I really liked my II when I owned it.  Wish I'd never sold it.  The muzzle flash @ twilight was pretty impressive.  I wished AMT had made one in 22LR.  That would have been something.

NO SIR!!   No gun topics.   America is in the middle of a dire crisis.
Worse than England in the Blitz, 1940.  France had fallen to Krauts in 6 weeks and the Limeys were next.
Worse than the Japs the day Hiroshima got nuked.
According to the media, this is the greatest crisis any country ever faced, and half of us will die.  So, No Sir, no gun topics if you please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good luck getting them to work.

IMHO I cant forget their serious QC problems going back in the early 80. Hardballer, 380 Backups, and the awful 22 WMRs. They did not work. No wonder they are not around.

Bought a 22 Mag used, kept jamming. Factory still open so sent back to them. Returned working fine, no, charge. Fun gun to shoot, wish I kept it.

had the AMT 22 mag years ago ...just gotta brush the chamber  regular and keep the little shell case ports open  no other issues

The 22 mag is finicky, the 45 Winmag shoots great if you use a stout enough load
I heard about the ports in the chamber ,cleaned really well for the next time it gets to the range.
    I'll keep playing with it

I have both the II and a couple of III's (.30 Carbine).

If you are impressed with the muzzle flash of the II, you would be very impressed with it from the III.
