Is anyone but me hitting on discussions you have been reading that have had later added posts and not being placed where you left off?

I keep having to do some scrolling around up and down threw stuff I have or haven't read. :*

You probably need to take your computer in for a 4 wheel alignment. Sounds like you've been hitting some rough areas on the net. Porn sites will do that.   :D

If you re using a laptop with touch control, your screen may go crazy sometimes, especially if one of your hands/fingers are hovering near the keyboard.

My guess was that there was a problem with the settings in your account, which can be adjusted in your profile. I looked at my own settings and there appears to no way to set/adjust how new posts appear in threads, so it is likely something on your end. What device are you using to view the forum?

Thanks Mark for your reply.  Using a Toshiba lap top. My question isn't really a big deal or a problem I cannot live with.   It doesn't even happen all the time.  The worst case is when I hit on the meme dump thread.  I always land either in several already read posts or a few of the new ones have to back up where I left off.

My old lap top has been in use for a bit over 5 years and is starting to do what old 'puter's do.   I may have to accept that me and this machine have a lot in common!  :|
