Thanks guys!..appreciate it!.it was a great steak and a rare treat,I actually don't eat much red meat,but..we had this steer butchered and thought..meh..fire the grill up!..I'm just self staying home because of a suppressed immune system from a double organ transplant,better safe than sorry!..thanks again!

Happy birthday.  Did that on Friday it was my birthday.  I had lobster instead of steak.  I had reservation at a restaurant with some good friends.  All restaurants closed so had to open home restaurant.  Really don’t mind because mine and my wife’s cooking is better that most restaurants.
