    Yeah I saw Governor Gretchen do her announcement this morning when I got home from grocery shopping. When I see her I think she looks like a total ditz and then she opens her mouth and proves me right. Judy thought I was losing it when I kept saying I wish she would stop the hyperbole and Republican bashing and get to the point. She said the feds don't have a plan to combat the virus and then her guidelines pretty much duplicated what the feds told us to do 10 days ago. It used to be when there was a major problem we would all pull together. Now politicians look at a crisis and try to use it to get ahead. I think Gretchen has thoughts of a vice presidential run and is milking this for all she can. Bob

    Anyone know the rules about a state lock down?   Tried checking Michigan news but nothing answers my question.   Plan on doing some shopping during the seniors only hour in the morning.

    Oregone got the lockdown order this morning.  I'm in one of the industries that gets a pass so still going to work but keeping reasonable distances from folks and washing my hands raw.

    All I can say is that there sure are a lot of us old white beards living in my area!  Big supermarket was packed and only got hit in the heel by shopping carts twice!  

    It would have been nice to get an apology but some of us old timers don't even know that they just hit a pedestrian!!  :#  

    Felt like I was in a Russian Goulag and playing a part in a Science Fiction movie!!
