the  CV stimulus adds a flat $600 a week to regular state benefits for self & part time workers   many will get more $$$ than they would for working so the democraps have achieved the $15 hour minimum wage......FOR NOT WORKING...and a high benefit state can get as much as $35 and hour to SIT AT HOME..this should kill a lot of small businesses...and down the road the middle class taxpayer will have to repay this...and this is just the tip of the iceberg contained in however many so called  "rescue" plans are run thru congress.....hard for joe average to dig this out of hundreds of pages of congress doublespeak....you will need to be to poor or to rich to avoid drowning in taxes down the road......with further devalued $$$$$

Why the Fed’s stunning move to buy Corporate America’s junk bonds is so significant

The central bank astounded markets on Thursday when it announced an historic move to buy risky corporate debt as part of a larger $2.3 trillion rescue package for businesses and municipalities hit hardest by the coronavirus pandemic. Just two weeks ago, the Fed drew a line in its whatever-it-takes playbook, saying it would only consider the purchase of investment-grade corporate debt as part of any efforts to pump liquidity into the credit markets.

Under the newly expanded Fed program, the Fed will now buy what many pension funds will not: speculative grade corporate bonds. Junk.

There's a caveat: for a so-called "fallen angel" to qualify, it would have had to be rated "at least BBB-/Baa3 by two or more [credit agencies] as of March 22, 2020," the Fed explains. And, that firm "must be rated at least BB-/Ba3" at the time of issuance.

The powers to be are giving away our country future to The Central banks, and they expect us the taxpayers to pay for it all.
They are delusion to think they can save Big business as the CEO's and major stockholders take the lion's share of wealth for themselves after buying their own stocks with money we gave to them and having we the people pay for it after 2008 and other QE funding through the years, up to now. It's plain to see we are getting robbed.

On the Federal level, we are spending in excess of $ 5 trillion to save what, 100,000 lives?
That is $ 50 million per life saved.
This is not rational, practical, or sustainable.
Your children and grandchildren are going to be saddled with this debt because we baby boomers are too afraid to face a crisis head on.

Stop the madness.  Open the country.  Encourage people to be responsible.  If you are at risk or afraid, stay home.  Do not burden your children out of fear.  Encourage your governor to end all restrictions today.  The longer we hold the false belief that cowering will prevail over this virus, the deeper the hole we dig for them.  I have written my governor and apparently have been ignored.  If 10s of millions of those of us who are at risk petition them to cease this insane penalty upon the vast majority in a flawed effort to protect a small minority we can begin to fix the problem that we created.

No.  This is the cultivation of a country of sheep being led to believe that a big government nanny state can protect them from everything.
    It is becoming pathetic.
