Computer Display Going Haywire, Help Please

It's like an old fashioned TV with the vertical hold out of adjustment.  What is on the top of the page is repeated at the bottom.  Can it be fixed, adjusted, or what?  Or shall I just replace it?

So it may be time to replace it, huh?  I guess it's either Windows 10 or something from Apple.

When I was a kid and the TV did that dad made me get up and move the rabbit ears to get a better picture.  YMMV.

Try using a different browser or hard boot computer. Doubt if that is a monitor if it acts like that with different browsers.  Does it do the same on Word of any program off line?

That would be irritating as heck. Did you try having windows diagnose the problem. Use control panel to find your monitor, right click on it and then left click on troubleshoot. Might not help but it will give you something to do. :) Bob

Do you have another monitor you can try?  If its good with a different monitor then it is a bad monitor.  If it still does it with a different monitor it is the computer itself. Most likely the video card.   Good luck.

Before you buy anything, check your graphics driver..

Re-installing the driver is also worth a shot..
Don't be tempted to try any of the programs that claim to check for any/all driver updates- they're all pretty glitchy..

First thing I would do is check to see if the hookup cable is still firmly attached at both ends.
Some will die in hot pursuit
    And fiery auto crashes
Some will die in hot pursuit
    While sifting through my ashes
Some will fall in love with life
And drink it from a fountain
That is pouring like an avalanche
    Coming down the mountain
