I purchased a barrel and cylinder . The barrel is a 7 1/2 inch that is marked the standard Black Powder Only and on the right side Navy Model 44 Cal. and on the bottom C.O. M. which I cannot find out what that stands for ? The barrel will fit on my 36 cal 1851 Navy Arms 1973 model frame. The cylinder is the same length as my 36 cal also. I am assuming then that it is made for the Navy Arms Bridgeport Conn. models ? But I wish I could find out what the C.O.M. stands for. Thanks for any help
