I need 2 each 1-1/2" tab type or pop in sheet metal plugs made of metal. I can't use plastic where they are going. I searched high and low for them here locally and nobody has them bigger than 5/8". Got any idea where I could find a couple of them?

We call them future access plugs, jimdeere.
Whether planned or not.

I just got a call from by buddy, he has them and the punch to make the hole. On my airplane the Wilkie Button through the left side of the metal baffling allows access to the #3 cylinder spark plug, there is supposed to be one on the right side too for the #2 cylinder. Some meat head "fixed" the baffling on the right side and did not put the hole in during the repair. I want to make sure I torque the plugs correctly so having that hole is important to get onto the plug. Proper torque on plugs makes sure they don't pop out as you cruise along...
