    The Western 'Maltese Cross' box was made between 1908 and 1910 when they went to the Diamond logo. Is it sealed or at least full of the original cartridges? Are the back and sides in similar condition? Condition and originality are very important when you get to the high priced boxes such as this. I have seen this box go for as much as $371 or as low as $87 with some condition issues. One thing I have learned from following many online auctions is that there is no set value on anything. I have seen two identical Remington boxes, listed consecutively on the same auction, vary by over $100. Why? Who knows.
