    Apparently mandating that defense attorneys have access to witness names and contact data causes a witness or two to recant.

    Imagine that.

    Find it difficult to blame the perp at all.  What is happening is DEMOCRAT party ideology played out in real life. 

     The ones who should be held accountable are the courts, the parole boards, the politicians, the failed state and local justice system. Instead of punishing the perps, these people turn them loose to prey again. Further they want to abolish the death penalty, and allow most violent and egregious felons the right to vote.
     Perps like aforementioned are evil animals and can NEVER be reformed. 
      
    In the same city, 2500 felons were released from Rikers Island over concern they could catch Corona Virus: Pure insanity illustrative of their concern for the safety of criminals over the safety of their own constituency. Same in others states like WA, OR, CA, controlled by DEMOCRATs. These people are an enemy worse that those jailed. 


    The insanity does not stop here. Support of rioters, brigands, looters. Heck, these same people want to defund or eliminate police and law enforcement as well as taking away your Second Amendment right. Toss open borders into the recipe.
