The deputy fired his Taser but missed and one of the Taser darts struck a Reno police officer in the knee, "causing him to unintentionally discharge his firearm once, striking the suspect in the right shoulder," according to Robinson.

Looks to me like they need some training on blood borne pathogens, too.  The officer doing first aid should have gloved up before applying the tourniquet.

For those that have never "rode the lightning"- once the current hits you, NOTHING that you do is voluntary.  I mean NOTHING.
