8 days of 115 or more, so far this year. It's fixen to be broken this week. As there is a weather advisory, till next Wednesday. For up to 117, depending on location.

    But it's a dry heat right?? >:) .....Feel sorry for you guys down there. Supposed to get to 100 here today, and tomorrow. That's close to record setting here in NW Oregon....

    Yikes, that's not a good record to break!!!!  :open_mouth:

    We had our first 100 degree day of the year here in East Texas on Thursday and of all days it was my mowing day; or as I refer to it, 6 hours of fun in the Hot Texas Sun! Yesterday was our second at 101. It will probably hit 100-101 today, but then there's supposed to be a cold front coming through early Monday morning that will cool us down to high 80's/low 90's for a couple of weeks.

    I don't know about everyone else but I get up early before it's hot and do my outside work. I do my inside chores during the middle of the day.  If I remember or figured it out correctly I have seen field workers at night in El Centro Ca working.
