I don't want everyone to vote. If folks don't want to vote, to spend time finding out what they are voting for, then I would greatly prefer they not vote.

I don't want everyone to vote either. If people are too damn lazy to get off their *'s and go to a polling place, why should MY tax dollars be used to send out unsolicited ballots to the lazy pukes?

Fill it out like the dems does and send it off to the recipient with paid envelope just needing a signature. Hell do like they always do fake the votes.
