I got some new laws the Feds need to pass and some that need trashed.

1) Retail Packaging shall not have a tensile strength greater than the product it contains.
2) All retail Packaging shall be easily opened to obtain product without the aid of scissors, knives, vice grips or three pound hand sledges.
3) all SD card slots shall have sufficient clearance to be removed by the fingers, with trimmed nails, of a man that wears size large gloves in 50 degree Fahrenheit temperatures while raining.
4) all SD and micro SD cards shall be inserted into the device with the contacts on the bottom.
5 All devices sold in the USA shall be able to accept and operate on an SD or Micro SD card that has more storage than the unit can use.
6) The NFA classification of sound attenuating devices commonly called silencers or suppressors is hereby REVOKED. All tax stamp monies paid in the past for these devices will be refunded.
7) The NFA classification of Thompson submachine guns and their prohibition of manufacture are hereby REVOKED.
8) The Machine gun ban of manufacturing of new machine gun receivers and parts up to and including 50 cal for private use and sale are hereby REVOKED.
9) BATF form 4473 shall be printed on one page with information on race removed, all questions pertaining to the right of legal possession of the firearm shall be criminal offenses in nature. The possession of a valid, current State issued CCW permit hereby negates the use of Form 4473 for the purchase of a firearm. All states will have a must issue order for CCW. States must issue a CCW unless violent felony criminal convictions prevent it.
