Crystal coast Grand Prix powerboat race was held this weekend in Morehead city . MissGieco boat was there as well as a ton of others . Them suckers are loud and not are they fast !

    This is what boat racin' looked like when I was a kid back in the 50s and early 60s at my grandpa's Three Rivers Boat Dock & Restaurant at the Forks of the Rivers in Knoxville, TN. It was like early NASCAR except it was boats on the river instead. 


     







    Notice anything different about the people in the pictures compared to today? Not many fat people back in those days.
