The Bubble gum is to get the taste of the nasty butter beans out of your mouth. 

Cracker barrel was the low bidder on the cracker portion.

The Arizona tea is really good, just dump it in a water bottle and away you go.  Slim Jims are a staple for in the field chow.  I bet I have eaten my weight in them over the years, too bad they don't get rid of RMSF.
