There has been Halloween candy in the stores for more than a month and I saw some candy canes last week at Kroger!

Walmart already has the artificial Christmas trees out.  Tis always the season to sell stuff.

Well, a couple of possibilities: (1) Maybe a lot of people are sick and tired of lockdowns, social distancing, and the rest of the C-19 hoax and simply want the distraction of a fun holiday like Halloween when masks actually make sense. (2) Around here everyone's pumpkins ripened up way too soon this year, some as much as six weeks. Ever try to carve a rotten pumpkin?

I live in the south in the country and a lot of folks just leave Christmas lights out all year. I like Christmas lights.

We've got those here too.   When restaurants started using string lights as decor people thought it was a sign that you can just use them all year because it was "stylish"

Those skeletons are NOT decorations -- they are Never-Maskers that were sitting on the porch drinking beer---a couple months back.
