Just for the sake of accuracy, no.  CNN did NOT say Biden was a liar.

"Former Vice President Joe Biden made false claims . . . "  They said he made "false claims".

"Biden's claim is simply inaccurate."  They said his claim was "simply inaccurate".

False and simply inaccurate claims are not lies - except out here in the Real World - where we know what he meant (if not what they say he meant).
