Small pistol magnum primers

got a guy that has an excess of small pistol magnum primers and wants to trade me for shotgun wads which I have in excess.  What exactly can I use them for?   I load .38 special,  can use them for that or do I have to come up with a Plus P load?   I hate to pass them up as hard as primers are to come by in my area.

Not sure if they would work for your need's, but with the primer shortage, and your abundance of wads, I would do the trade and keep them as trading stock...

you could also use them in light loads for small rifle...............

SPM primers are fine for 38's and all other pistol loads too.  Just remember to back off about .02 grains and go up from there, if at all.  I have loaded and shot thousands of 9MM and 38's with SPM primers.

Mag primers is all i use in 38 special and 357 magnum.
