    Still takes a Super Majority to change the Constitution. Pretty sure the Supreme Court would have to rule as well. I do not believe Executive Action would cut it.

    I do however agree, if the Dems get in, we are screwed as far as Gun Rights go.

    Mr. Biden has repeatedly stated that he strongly supports the 2nd Amendment.  He agrees with Justice Antonin Scalia that the Right to Keep and Bear Arms, like all other rights, is limited and that licensing, registration, and regulation are inherent powers of governments to ensure that only properly screened people are permitted access to properly screened firearms.

    If you go against Joe, you are going against Scalia, the conservative icon of the US Supreme Court.  Are you folks a bunch of anarchists?

    Why such disregard for the lives and safety of the children of America?

    Just watch.  Next these hand-wringers are going to accuse Biden of planning to overturn the BATFE decision to allow bump-stocks that was enacted during the Obama/Biden years.

    Freedom and a submissive populace cannot co-exist.
