Message from the winning bidder:

I had sent you a previous message before item ended about needing to cancel the bid on this item due to some sudden financial changes preventing me from spending that much on ammunition right now. whatever fees are due you can notify me. I am still bidding on another item of 500rnds for 220 which I will be able to afford 

Needless to say he has 1 review with a non payment "F".  Hopefully my  2nd "F" will get him banned.
