With my old truck dying a little while before my knee surgery I waited till after I was released to drive before hunting a replacement . The waiting was worth it . Bought a 2018 f150 xlt with only 29000 miles . Got what I think was a good deal on it . Extended cab , two wheel drive with bells and whistles !
cry Havoc and let slip the dogs of war.....

Nice truck ! I like them FORDs ! Shame its not a 4x4 ?
Thanks !!!
I Grew Old Too Fast (And Smart Too damn Slow !!!) !!! :?
Aztngundoc, I considered a 4x4 seriously for a while . Realistically we get maybe 1 snow storms a year where 4 wheel would be needed . Both my son and son in law have 4 wheel drive trucks so I covered there . This way I get more truck for my money . If I was still working construction I would have gone that route
Good lookin truck
Ricci those are the same thoughts that I had . I don’t do enough beach fishing or hunting in the boonies to justify the extra costs. My hunting area is all accessible by regular truck and my four wheeler for my more remote stands . Got to admit they look cool but in the end it is all about the money 💰

Congratulations! Buying newer used is the best way to go as I see it. Good luck with your new truck.
