How in the world do you contact GB

I am new to selling and when I listed it I chose the auto relist option not realizing that it would relist after it was sold. The item sold via buy it now and then relisted. As soon as I realized what happened I started emailing GB and continued for 2-1/2 days until, you guessed it, someone hit the buy it now button again. I even edited the description to say DON’T BID ON THIS ITEM but he did anyway. Why do they have a contact us button if no one is going to monitor it. Beyond frustated!

I remember you; you're they guy who wanted to do trades on the auction site:
    https://forums.gunbroker.com/discussion/1888653/trade-offers#latest
How did that work out for you?

In the mean time, customer service issues are handled in the order that they are received. No one in the forums, myself included, is involved with the auctions, but there must be hundreds, if not thousands in line ahead of you. No reply from GB in 2-1/2 days? I'd be thinking 2-1/2 weeks... at best.

Get ahold of the bidder directly and explain the situation, problem solved.

You could have ended the auction on the relist before someone bought it again . Or actually when you get a bid on an item You can go into the sellers items and make it so it does not relist.

I was able to prevent it from relisting a second time but I couldn’t end it.

    Not really
I contacted the buyer immediately but he said he already mailed a MO to the address shown in the contact. Seems dumb to send payment before making contact with the seller but if the MO shows up, I will sEnd it back to him registered mail

Thanks for the response and I didn’t try to work a trade. Seemed cumbersome.

Other than the owner. Gunderson Brokersmith (Gun Broker or just GB for short), there is only one employee at GB. She is the janitor. Each night (she comes in at midnight) after dusting the GB sign, sweeping the floor and putting new TP in the restroom she uses whatever time left in her shift to sort through the "contact us" messages.

She picks out the most interesting complaint and trys to resolve it.

So, when you leave your message, try to make it sound very interesting but remember you are talking to a tired janitor so keep it simple as well.

    In before the lock?

Not sure you know just how very close to being accurate you are  :),  but let it be known computer literate janitors are in short supply in Kennesaw, Ga.  and they get paid handsomely  :o

I'm just repeating what the lady janitor told me after she called to help me with my question - have some patience, people! She got back to me after only 2 and 1/2 years -- she is being worked to death!

When GB had the race car she had to wax it every Friday (on her own time) so it would look nice on race day.

I can't believe they misspelled "Pork and Beans!"

    Crimson Mister,
As Mark stated above, the Auction side is not attached to these forums at all. There is no way for any of us to assist you other than by the serious suggestions above. Customer Support is the only line of contact. The volume of users in the system right now is huge so expect delays. It would take dozens of phone people to handle the number of phone calls which would be prohibitively expensive so they don't.
Wait for your e-mail to be answered then proceed accordingly. :)

    Best.
