I watched some you tube video by a fellow who had a firearm site about a hour ago
he had a list of the new rules under the new want to have laws
a couple that stood out ( all actually sucked ) but any way
"assault firearms" would be out lawed to import manufacture buy and sell
if you do not use the buy back ( funny never the government's to start with ) and no $$ was given
you have to register it as naf paper work $200 per gun every gun that falls into the new description and 200.00 for each magazine that holds over 10 rounds be it rifle or pistol and has to be serial numbered and retested .
any gun that is capable of using a magazine that holds more than 10 rounds will be a a assault gun , including pistols , no longer if you only use a use a 10 round mag its stated if the gun is capable of holding a magazine of more than 10 rounds its a no go and has to be registered
ghost guns would be illegal also
many more hey took the 94 gun ban and did the home work to cover any possible way around the description's of what is a a" assault gun "
too many more new wants( laws ) but I am sure the internet will be flooded soon

Just the logical extension of the 1934 NFA.
Many here have no problem with that one, so what’s the problem now?
