Saiga-12 Gunsmith / Armor Recommendation

As the title obviously states I have a Saiga-12 and looking for a gunsmith who works on them. My issue is when I fire any magazine larger than 5 rounds regardless of manufacture it falls out during a rapid fire.
I live in Central Kentucky and at the same time I want to change the stock, add rails and any reliability kits needed. Can anyone make a recommendation of a reputable company or individual who is familiar with Saiga-12's enough to troubleshoot and correct the issue?
