Shipping Ammo

As I had mentioned earlier in another post I had 22 auctions 2 weeks ago for small lots of excess ammo that I did not need. Auctions started at $.01 and shpg cost were between $8 & $10. Payments have been trickling in and last Saturday two more payments arrived. Got the packages ready, and this morning made the 75mile round trip to my UPS hub to ship. On the way home I stopped by my local PO to check my mail (PO does not deliver where I live), and there was a package for me. Got home opened it up and there it was, 4 boxes of ammo that came with a gun I won at auction here 3 weeks ago.

Not everyone follows the rules....
And that's where I would leave it. You have the ammo and all is well. USPS right now is on my IDGA list.
I've ordered ammo from big retailers and had fedex cross ship via usps several times.
I ordered some ammo from a GB seller last spring. He shipped it UPS ground. I knew something was up watching the tracking, and it went from Massachusetts to Spokane Washington in 42 hours. Sure enough when I got the boxes, they had regular "ground" shipping labels and no ORM-D labeling. You know that stuff took a plane ride. This is from a commercial ammo seller on GB too, not some "homeowner" part time seller. Looking at the seller's FB, it seems he does this as a regular thing. Buyers raved about his fast shipping in the feedback.
Just before the big rush, I had 5,000 primers arrive in a priority mail box....
