Something we do to help keep up with lingering auctions that haven't been taken care of

Some of you that do a lot of sales might have the same issues we did with sales that are lingering a bit. We have all kinds of things happen here and it can be frustrating to try to keep up with everything. So, we print off the invoices for every sale that ends on Sunday night. Each week has its own folder and invoices are pulled from the folder as they are paid. As things are shipped out the invoices are pulled....so if you look at a folder from two weeks ago and have 5 invoices with nothing noted on them these are the ones that need attention. If we have been paid and we are waiting for an FFL the invoice is pulled and it goes in the "waiting for FFL" folder and we send messages to the buyers as a reminder that the item cannot ship until we get that.
Having the folders helps a lot because its a physical thing, sitting here, that we can glance over at and see if something is getting a little older than it should. I know the GB system has these things marked, but you have to think about dates and actually pull up each auction to look at the invoices. Sometimes people have emailed or paid half of their total with a balance remaining....this sort of thing is noted on sticky notes and put on the invoice, so you don't have to search through your email to see what is going on if someone here has been in touch with a buyer.
So, if any of you are having a hard time keeping up with sales that have ended, start printing off your invoices and label a folder for each week. It really helps....especially when you have a few people trying to keep up with things and you need to be able to glance at something to figure things out.

I've just found a few little things here that help make it so anyone can glance and see what is going on. We've got a pretty good system going here so we can move a lot of things without a lot of craziness going on.
I think camo lingerie would sell. Kind of gun-related so GB would be a good place to sell it.
I think camo lingerie would be a BIG seller!!! Think about it. Your wife puts on camo lingerie and she disappears!! A lot of us would pay a lot of money for something like that!!! 😋
