This is probably the wrong site to be asking this but I have tired to find expert on Japanese swords for identification purposes. The handle has been removed for identification purposes. Not much luck online. You cant seem to get a contact number or email, just forwarding to other web pages. I took it to a gun show and that was worse, opinions were everywhere with the statement "but I'm not an expert. Had an offer for 400 then he came back and offered 800 but no information. I declined to sell.
