im sorry to hear that, SF. One of my gun trading buddies tested positive. He’s 76 but in pretty good health otherwise.
I haven’t heard what symptoms he has.
Sorry to hear the news, hoping for a speedy recovery.
+1 Bob
Will add him to my prayer list.

(Begin Green Font) Sorry, I don't believe a word of it! After all, I read on the internet multiple times (including here) that this is all a hoax. Of course it has been hard to ignore the people that I know that have come down with it during the last 6 weeks. Since with the restrictions I can't visit them in the hospital it does make it a little easier. In person funerals are pretty much out too, so since I haven't seen the results with my naked eye they don't exist. (End Green Font)
Whether you believe or not - stay safe. Bob
Several folks in my immediate neighborhood have died from it in the past few months . Many others have had it with a range of severity. From little to no symptoms to deathly ill . It appears that we are headed back to a lockdown scenario. Hospitals are again restricting elective surgery . May trash my knee replacement surgery yet again
I attended the funeral of my hunting/fishing/gunshow buddy 2 weeks ago. In Virginia, it's graveside only and immediant family only.
I went anyway. Other than his wife there were no family members. Two of his lifelong friends and one neighbor showed up.
We used the undertaker and the gravedigger as pall bearers to help place his casket.
There was one prayer.
Very sad. Very moving.
Normally, I would never share this on a public forum but please, take it serious, people!
Sure, he was old...and had health problems, that does not make us feel better.
Whoa. Sorry man. I will say a prayer for him.
And fiery auto crashes
Some will die in hot pursuit
While sifting through my ashes
Some will fall in love with life
And drink it from a fountain
That is pouring like an avalanche
Coming down the mountain
Daughter #1 just got over it, daughter #2 has the symptoms and just got her + results back today.
Surprised she has avoided it this long, it was her 4th quarantine. Both have taken it seriously, avoiding contact with others, working from home.
Glad we’ll be able to have them both for Christmas along with the grandkids that didn’t show symptoms but were quarantined 14 days after the first daughters contagious period. They were with us 2 days before the first one had symptoms but fortunately outside at the fire pit one night. Wife and I may have had it in March, I should get the antibody test.
Friends my age have ranged from “bad cold” to pneumonia and hospital stays.

Sorry to hear the sad news.
Hope it turns into good news.
He asked to go home this morning and was released at 1AM and was taken off the ventilator. He died at home this morning at 8 AM . Hospice was there and so was the morphine.
So sorry to hear the news.
Our best wishes for all involved. It was good he got to come home.
Prayers continue for your family in this hour of loss.
Sorry for your loss.
Sorry to hear.
Two of my classmates have died of C-19 since the end of November. Mid-60s in age, both heavy smokers since high school which probably did not help.
Some said this was going to magically disappear after the election? Never could figure that one out.
I'm sorry for your family's loss! Prayers said for Peace, Comfort, and Strength!
If you can't feel the music; it's only pink noise!
Wifes Uncle was a spitting image of Tim Conway. And he of course was a practical joker. You really didn't ever know what he was up to.
I'm sorry select. Prayers sent.
My Condolences.
Sorry for your loss
Vitamin D is thought by some researchers to cut down on the damage caused by Covid-19. It's something you need anyway so why not make sure to have enough. They are saying they don't think it's as toxic as they used to think.
The Shanghai health department recommended Vitamin C for Covid-19 infections.
Some claim the disease kills red blood cells and the hemoglobin in your bloodstream can reach toxic levels before the liver is able to process it. Maybe a mild natural chelator like whole grains or beans or wheat gertm would reduce symptoms.
Someone on here posted a few years ago that wild ramps can cure almost any illness. They are similar to leeks. I have read on a few sites that leeks can boost the immune system to be more effective against covid specifically, but too much raw leek can cause intestinal bleeding. It might pay to have one or two leeks raw for covid and to set them aside by freezing before getting ill.
Condolences.................I don't worry for myself, but I do worry for my mom. She is 78 and has my daughter living with her right now...........long story. My daughter is 16, so I don't worry too much about her either............but hope my mom doesn't get it.
