Leupold quality control

I was doing some fine tuning on my AR today and just happened to glance at the turrets and noticed that the turrets were switched. Adjusting a scope is automatic for me so it didn't cause me any problems, but it would sure play heck on a newbie trying to sight in their rifle. JUst not the kind of quality control I've come to expect from them.

What???
I'm confused.
Is ridgeleyart and Jim Lemay the same person or what?
Have personally sent 2 scopes back to them and I will credit them with fixing and returning in a reasonable amount of time but it sucks to be punching holes in paper and suddenly lose zero.
I am confused with the original post. How do you switch turrets ?? Caps ?? Who knows??
Hard to tell but I believe the turret marked L-R was probably on top and the one marked U-D was on the side or, or... the scope is mounted 90 degrees off.
Taking a WAG his windage dial is marked with a U for up and his elevation is marked with an R for right. Bob
shootuadeal is correct, L-R is on the top and U-D is on the side, sorry for the confusion.
Ok, I have to ask... the windage knob is on the right side correct?
The knobs are in the correct place.
I have a VX-II that needs to go back to them. The windage turret hangs then jumps. I have just been putting it off.
Another had to ask. Scope set pointed in the correct direction?
We need pics
Does Leupold make left handed scopes😉😉
