Kel Tec Sub 2000....deflector. Anyone installed one ?

My buddy has a Kel Tec Sub 2000 in 9mm. He is left handed and the gases/blast makes it uncomfortable to shoot after a few rounds. I have seen a "deflector" from MCarbo on their website. Anyone have one, installed one ? Any issues with ejection etc....
Thank you in advance for the responses.........

I've not heard of such a device, but being a lefty shooter this interests me.
And fiery auto crashes
Some will die in hot pursuit
While sifting through my ashes
Some will fall in love with life
And drink it from a fountain
That is pouring like an avalanche
Coming down the mountain
It looks rather hokie to me but it is inexpensive.
If I was a lefty I think would make myself one out of a piece of leather, just to give it a try.
Reminds me of the left hand smoke-shifter my friend Tommy and I were sent to find in the Boy Scouts.
It is funky looking.....I found a youtube video....Made out of Kydex.... Heat it up and mold it to fit....Looks easy enough.
I would still like to hear if anyone here has put one on and if it caused any issues....If it works, it would be a great thing..
I owned a Sub 2K but the gases and powder hitting me in the cheek each shot took the fun out of it quickly. I put a piece of paper in front of my face which worked until the wind came up a might too much....so not real practical...
I am a "normal" rightey............have a Sub2K and love it. Paired with a G19 and fun sticks......makes a potent pistol carbine combo.
BTT.....
