Shipping cost calculation error

When I sell items, and a buyer buys multiples, it only charges them once for shipping. Anyone know how to fix this?

Charge them multiples. Don
Don, I use autocheckout, the buyers pay as soon as they purchase and gunbroker give them the amount.
Up the shipping charge to cover the case where the buyer buys all of them and issue refunds when it's less.
And fiery auto crashes
Some will die in hot pursuit
While sifting through my ashes
Some will fall in love with life
And drink it from a fountain
That is pouring like an avalanche
Coming down the mountain
I don't know how things are done when listing multiples of the same thing.....but if you start a customer service inquiry they should be able to walk you through what is gong on.
Change your auction to "actual cost", rather than having an amount in the description. When someone buys the item(s), they will get a message stating that the buyer will contact them with the shipping amount. Then add the costs of shipping in your description.
Thanks guys, a couple of you gave answers that make sense.
