One can't sell reloaded ammo here. Is that correct?

You can, but I strongly suggest that you list it as "FOR COMPONENTS ONLY."
Franky, the liability is such that I would not recommend selling it.
I agree with Mark.
Part it out and may make more money that way. Use the powder for fertilizer.

asop, listen to previous comments from members that know way more than I. The liability on your shoulders is huge. It's not worth it no matter how much money you make. The lawyers will eat it all up.
Its bad enough to sell reloads, but its even worse to shoot someone elses.
It is within the realm of possible that you could wind up talking to the ATF about manufacturing ammo for sale- and not having paid the Federal Excise tax on it. There IS a FFL called an 06- Manufacturer of Ammunition.
But I'm sure there is someone that will tell me that the ATF is never going to bother someone over a minor thing like that.
Right, just like they didn’t bother the 80% complete outfit today.
