My neighbor's son came home from Marine boot camp. They have a pasture across the street from my house, by the road they've put a sign up with flags all in the ground. It looks AWESOME and we are all very proud of him.
My silly dog though.......she needs Jesus.
She is convinced this is something we all need to be notified about....non stop....every time she goes outside. Its actually hard to get her to come back inside because she wants to go bark at the flags. I'm about to get out the firework pills just to have a bit of peace around here.

As they'd say in Texas, "Y'all gotta faht fahr with fahr." Plant a flag in your own yard. Your little yapper will soon learn that's it's not an enemy - AND you'll be honoring your neighbor.
Sounds to me she is just being patriotic. Probably if you spoke dog you'd realize she's singing the national anthem.😀 Bob
Id put least on her, walk her over there, let her check it out close and sniff it. Touch the flags and you may have solved your problem.
Likely a better performance of it than I have seen in years past.
And fiery auto crashes
Some will die in hot pursuit
While sifting through my ashes
Some will fall in love with life
And drink it from a fountain
That is pouring like an avalanche
Coming down the mountain
God Bless your Neighbors son.
What jimmyjack said. If I put a target up in my hayfield, my dog will bark and raise Cain until I go with him to check it out. He knows something is not right.
Walk her over there and let her see what they are, she'll probably lose interest after that.
We let her check it out...she is better, but still barks a LOT....she always has though. I think its just energy she has built up and barking is her way to burn it up. If my neighbors were any closer we would have to fix this problem somehow.
