movie 1984

my whole life I have heard references to the movie 1984 made back in 1956 ( one year before I was born )

of course the term big brother is watching is well known

so last night it popped up on you tube in the movie section when I was scrolling thru we canned regular TV several months ago

so I watched it some what out of curiosity

so taking in consideration special effects in 1956 and what the future would be and using tv screens for big brothers speeches and watching every one ( mounted ever where including homes ) and brain washing conditioning .

my guess some of there ideas for the book / movie came from WWII Germany and they politics

I will guess my mind was imposing and relating to it as see the left in the same view as big brother but I could see some of the democratic party's handing of the sheeple in the movie and see similarities

I am sure many of you have seen it maybe read the book ? what is your thoughts

if you have not seen it its not a complete waste of time if you have about a hour and half

the ending was not what I expected but probably more realistic
