NATO specs, but are they good?

    Don't have any experience with the 5.56, bought one in 9 mm made by Denel. I was severally irked, because it's wasn't military grade 124 grain NATO spec ammo. Even though it came in one of those plastic, "battle packs". It was standard 115 grain, underpowered commercial grade ammo. Be sure you know exactly what kind of ammo is inside one of those "battle packs"

    As far as I know it is supposed to be top notch stuff. Back in the early 2000s my gun show companion would buy that stuff for $135.00/1000 rds. I bought 7.62x51, and have some of that in South African.
