Anyone know of a listing for active gun raffles around the US?

I know there are a some out there that don't mind outside entries, need not be present to win.

Thanks

I done a search on DuckDuckGo and got a lot more hits then on Google or Safari you may try that next year as most or for this year yet. Also looks like it is a favorite raffle for fire Depts

Interesting for sure how different search engines work, huh?

I see a lot of individual gun raffles, or straight out contests ... was thinking more of the ducks unlimited banquet online.

Maybe they're just not that organized too hmm

They are a favorite fundraiser of volunteers fire departments around eastern nc . Some departments do a sportsman giveaway . Finite number of tickets to be sold , drawing for a gun/prize every 15 minutes and cash giveaways with a 5 or 10 thousand dollar top prize . They always do well . Don’t know of any central listings Probably info s some listed on Facebook

    good luck

I could supply a gun shop with the donations $$ I have given over my life for tickets and have never won a single one

even from only 100 tickets sold to pick a number ( 3 digit ) if that number comes up you win lasted a year ( based on the daily lottery daily drawings and every thing in the middle .

but new year new round of chances

@pulsarnc ... well there are gun giveaways all around, that's what I was wondering is if it was centralized by association, or posting detail. shrug

@Toolman286 ... fundraising auctions usually go over retail, not a good way to find a deal ... or win one :)

@Ditch-Runner ... I've won a lot of stuff actually, as entering contests is a hobby. I've still never won a gun @51 ... attended a number of DU dinners, other sportsmans events .... notta. Other guys would jokingly bring a gun case in with them, and fill it. I'm willing to throw some money into decent odds.

Won this on Christmas lol ... $25 for some beer $$ woohoo

a lot of American legions' do raffles as well as fire departments. I have never won any, but my father in law won a Remington 700 BDL from a fire dept. in upstate PA. He got the caliber of his choice. He gave it to me. I got a 22-250.

NRA, Rocky Mountain Elk and many other organizations have raffles.

Usually stick to local events like HHK. Won a few but don't need any more everyday guns so I just let the emcee auction them off. Same with most everything I am fortunate to win, saws, weed eaters and such.

100 percent of the auction price goes to the benefit. Not so with all the other raffle/auction items.

It seems like every couple of months I run into a bunch of little girls and their moms at the mall, running a raffle.

"Hey mister, you wanna by a raffle ticket?"

"What kind of rifle are you raffling?" I ask.

    I get quizzical looks.

    Isn't it a rifle raffle? I tease.

    More quizzical looks.

Finally, one little nerd gets it and explains sternly, "We are raffling off a trip to Orlando for two!" It's for the swim team.

By then, I'm out the door.

They should have held a rifle raffle! I would have bought tickets.

I can't believe they misspelled "Pork and Beans!"

At the last FoNRA dinner-auction I picked up a $700 GPO scope for $400. FoNRA also has many raffles, local & state. Our Masonic Lodge has held gun raffles the last 4 years. With all the difficulties this year we're offering 3 gift certificates to a local gun shop. $500, $300 & $200. All proceeds go to charity.
