Misleading buyers with surprise Credit Card Fees
Too many times now I bid and win on an item...acceptable payment methods clearly include credit card, shipping amount is clearly stated, and NO MENTION ANYWHERE of charging a fee for using a credit card. Then I call the shop to complete the transaction and they try hit me with 4% or whatever. Thankfully each time they either back down (one instance - good guy realized he forgot to include it), or the amount was too negligible for me to care (small parts etc) when they insist.
Something should be done about this. I could not find any gunbroker policy on it. I pay my auctions promptly and do my part, why should I have to file a complaint over and over again risking negative feedback? Any added costs should be clearly stated in the description, and if they are not stated, they don't exist!
Sorry for the vent. If you want credit card fees, be honest and say so up front.

Since think something should be done, contact GB Customer Service and let them know. If you are expecting someone in the forum to take time out and do this for you, you are in for a disappointment.
When Customer Service contacts you, come back and let us know what they had to say.
