Extended Verification Question for New Guy

Hello, I'm brand new to Gun Brokers and I'm hoping someone can help me out. I have registered and entered my credit card for payment but get an error stating that I need to go through the Extended Verification process to be able to be able to sell items. I've emailed Customer Service a number of times without a response. I may be missing something but if anyone could give me some advise, it would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you!!!

There's a long line of folks ahead of you wanting the same "advise".
And fiery auto crashes
Some will die in hot pursuit
While sifting through my ashes
Some will fall in love with life
And drink it from a fountain
That is pouring like an avalanche
Coming down the mountain
My guess is that they want to make sure that you are who you say you are. I would expect that is standard procedure. They did that with me years ago.

Ok, thank you Mr. Perfect and Bubba Jr. !!!!

Patience pays, Irish. Welcome to the forums!
Whatcha sellin'?
Customer Service is swamped, and there is no one in the forums, including myself and my co-administrator David Nunn, who is affiliated with the auction side of Gun Broker. I can tell you that each "ticket" you open with CS on the same issue pushes you back to the end of the line.
Unlike some newbies who have come in here with a chip on their shoulder, you seem like a nice guy- and I happen to like the Irish! As NeoBlackdog said, you're going to have a bit of patience...and welcome to the forums.
Rumor has it you only like the Irish for their whisky, Mark!😉
Although I will not confirm or deny, you earned a promote for that!
Thanks for the info guys!! I'd like to list a black powder rifle for sale. I'll hang in there until they respond. In the meantime, does anyone have an other suggestions on where to list it? I've never sold any guns online.
Gun Broker has a Black Powder category
I have to admit that as a Class 3 dealer I normally look at the category below BP 😉
When you get all set and get the rifle listed on auction, be sure to do what is known as a "shameless plug". Put a link to your auction on this forum.
Absolutely. Shameless Plugs are always welcome.
@Irish66 any movement on this? I'm itchin' to sell as well and I'm not getting past the 2 dollar fee page. It leads me to a error saying that it was having issues publishing validation questions. I have everything else verified.
Edit: i've reached out to customer service
Wow, I thought I was the only one having what seems like a simple resolution get completley ignored by Customer Support. I have 3 rifles I need to sell, and I have seen all 3 I have go for a minimum four figure profit. Hope they resolve the issue soon, sure someone out there would appreciate buying these rifles too!
