From a slightly historic perspective...

Somewhere, I have pictures of a snowdrift over 8' deep between my house and the state highway. Those pics were taken in the winter of 1962-63. I've seen 6' drifts at the same location in the late 80's. The drifts we had in 79-80 weren't as deep but many more in the 4-5' depth and we rode snowmobiles right over the fences for weeks.
No dramatic snow pictures, but I'm just as eager for the thaw because I have a brand new bass boat that's never been in the water - delivered to me in November, just as the freeze set in.
We haven't had a decent snow in SWMO for 10 years or better.
