Twelve yr old daughter connected on a big doe this morning. 122 yds.


Knight .45 cal disc elite with 100 grains, (2 50 grain pellets) of 777, and 175 grain powerbelt.

She was a little off on her shot, hit her in the neck. DRT.

Interesting, there's a stalk of grass sticking way up in the skyline on the top right side of the photo. We were hunkered in the top terrace, right where that blade of grass looks like an antenna in the distance.

Same daughter filled a youth tag during youth season, back in October in the same field as this one. She got a little doe fawn.

She who shall be obeyed shot a button buck in our garden, and on Christmas morning, I shot a big doe in our garden.


I have one statewide tag left. Season ends Sunday January 10th a 1/2 hr after sunset.
