Have I been patient enough?

I ordered some 223 Remington dies on 11/23/2020 from a large GB seller. They showed in stock, I paid for them. I still don't have them, they are on backorder. I am not complaining about the seller, I have had several purchases from them.
Have I waited long enough? Should I ask for a refund and seek 223 dies elsewhere?
I know gun stuff is hectic so I do cut them some slack but come on, they indicated the dies were in stock.

More than patient enough. You shouldn't have been charged until the dies shipped. I'd contact the seller and proceed based on their response. If still on backorder, get a refund and move on.
Well I am not very patient. If there are not any fish on the fish finder I am moving to another location.
Have they had any communication with you regarding the expected delivery date? I see a bunch on the auction side starting around 50 bucks. If they can't guarantee a reasonable shipping date I would get a refund and buy from someone else. They may have made an honest inventory mistake but you shouldn't have to pay for that. Just my 2 cents . Bob
For an item that was supposed to be in stock, I believe you have been more than patient.
They responded quickly, still on back order so they are going to refund the money. No expected back in stock date given.
They sold something they didn't have in stock but said they did have in stock?
Show no mercy.
